COLLECTIBLE CHANEL SUNGLASSES
Chanel is one of the most renowned luxury brands in the world, as well as one of the longest standing. Since the brand's establishment in 1910, they have released some iconic sunglasses styles which are remarkably hard to get ahold of. Let's walk through the runway debuts and celebrity sightings of some of these frames.
Chanel Paris Circle Black Sunglasses
These frames made their debut on the Spring 1993 Ready-to-Wear runway under the helm of Karl Lagerfeld.
The glasses were shown in both white and black, and styled in a variety of ways.
Rihanna has been famously pictured wearing the black frames.
Pharrell Williams has also been pictured wearing both the black and white frames.
Chanel Comb Sunglasses
The comb lense style walked the Fall 1993 Ready-to-Wear runway. The frames are seen here in black, but also came in a tortoise print.
Lady Gaga was seen in 2010 wearing the tortoise version of the Chanel comb sunglasses.

Chanel Chain Sunglasses
The chain strap sunglasses released in Chanel's Fall 1992 Ready-to-Wear collection.
Lady Gaga, an avid Chanel wearer, wore the chain sunglasses during her performance on New Year's Eve in 2011.
Chanel Pearl Sunglasses
These extremely rare pearled frames debuted on the runway for Spring 1994 Ready-to-Wear.
Rihanna, another avid Chanel collector, wore the pearl sunglasses for her performance at the 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
Pharrell spotted chilling on a beach in the pearl sunglasses. He always seems to make a statement with his eyewear, and we can appreciate a man in pearls.
Chanel Logo Sunglasses
Spotted on the 1994 Ready-to-Wear runway.
These frames were never actually put into production, but they are nevertheless iconic. There are very few samples out there and/or available worldwide.
